How to use
Clean the shoes and make sure there are no nails or sharp protrusions.
Place the insoles with the fabric side up.
Each insole has two sizes, cut the toe to fit the smaller size provided.
In the first two weeks of use you may feel slight muscle pain and slight dizziness; it is therefore recommended to proceed with a gradual use:
day 1-2, 1 / 2-1 hour a day;
day 3-4, 1-3 hours a day;
day 5-6, 3-5 hours a day;
day 7-8, 5-7 hours a day;
day 9-10, 9-10 hours a day;
day 11-12, 11-14 hours a day.

Characteristics

Warnings
In case the insole leaks liquid, clean the shoe with a damp cloth.
The liquid is non-toxic and does not damage the shoe if cleaned immediately.
