Property

• Melatonin : helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect of melatonin on jet lag is obtained with a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. The beneficial effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg just before bedtime.
• Griffonia : rich in tryptophan, a precursor of melatonin and serotonin, it helps relaxation and mental well-being, contributing to the quality of sleep.
• Magnesium : helps to reduce tiredness upon awakening and fatigue.

How to use

1 single-dose sachet per day to be taken as needed, in the evening before bedtime.
It can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water and sweetened to taste.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
