NOVANIGHT® TRIPLE ACTION Sachets is a food supplement based on melatonin, griffonia and magnesium, with sweeteners, with a pleasant chamomile and citrus taste, indicated when it is difficult to fall asleep and to contribute to the quality of sleep.
NOVANIGHT® TRIPLE ACTION sachets has a specific composition based on:
- Melatonin *: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag.
- Griffonia : rich in tryptophan, a precursor of melatonin and seratonin, it helps relaxation and mental well-being, contributing to the quality of sleep.
- Magnesium : helps to reduce tiredness upon awakening and fatigue.
* The beneficial effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1mg just before bedtime.
METHOD OF USE
1 single-dose sachet per day to be taken as needed, in the evening before bedtime. NOVANIGHT® TRIPLE ACTION SACHETS can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of cold water and sugar to taste.
The beneficial effect of melatonin on jet lag is obtained with a minimum of 0.5mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
The beneficial effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1mg just before bedtime.
WARNINGS
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains sugar alcohols, excessive use can have laxative effects.
