Nutilis Clear is an instant thickener based on xanthan, suitable for drinks and liquids or for food. Particularly suitable for all liquids as it keeps its color, smell and taste unaltered. Nutilis Clear's proprietary formula thickens quickly and is resistant to amylase (an enzyme found in saliva).
