Preparation guide

Option 1. With the shaker

• Pour the drink into the shaker
• Add the recommended amount of Nutilis
• Screw the lid tight and shake vigorously until the powder dissolves completely (about 5-10 seconds)
• Stir the drink gently for 1 or 2 minutes
• Let it rest for a few minutes while the drink reaches the desired density

Option 2. With a fork or small whisk in the shaker or tall container

• Pour the drink into the shaker or tall container
• Add the recommended amount of Nutilis
• Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves completely
• Stir gently for 1 or 2 minutes
• Let it rest for a few minutes while the drink reaches the desired density

Option 3. With a fork or small whisk in a cup

• Pour half of the drink into a cup
• Add the recommended amount of Nutilis
• Stir until the powder moistens and takes on a homogeneous consistency
• Add the remaining liquid to the cup
• Stir the drink for about 1-2 minutes until you get a thickened mixture
• Let it rest for a few minutes while the drink reaches the desired density

Remember!

Do not add additional amounts of Nutilis during the resting phase as the liquid will continue to thicken

Add an additional amount of Nutilis to the thickened drinks

After the drink has been thickened with Nutilis, an additional amount of Nutilis Powder can be added to increase the density of the fluid. To obtain a better result and a homogeneous consistency it is recommended to follow the instructions below. For best results use a shaker.

• Add about half a scoop to the thickened liquid
• Screw the lid tight
• Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds
• Unscrew the lid and mix gently with a fork for a few seconds
• Evaluate the consistency
• If you want to increase the consistency, repeat steps 1 to 5 adding a maximum of 1 scoop at a time

Hot drinks * (Temperature> 60 ° C)

For best results and for your safety, it is recommended that hot drinks cool down a little before thickening them. If necessary or if you like, you can heat the drinks in the microwave after adding Nutilis. * When finished, let the liquid rest for a few minutes to reach the desired density.

Note: If you want to reheat a thickened hot drink, be sure to reheat it immediately after thickening it. Drinks containing milk should be consumed within 2 hours to avoid spoilage.

Remember!

Do not add additional amounts of Nutilis during this step as the liquid will continue to thicken

Carbonated drinks (cola, lemonade)

For best results, before adding Nutilis Powder, mix the fizzy drink until the bubbles and most of the foam have been eliminated.
