NUTRIFREE Gluten Free Extra Fine Corn Flour
Nutrifree's Finissima Corn Flour is obtained by grinding corn, a naturally gluten-free cereal, rich in starch and with a low protein content. A very fine flour is obtained from the grinding. Ideal for the preparation of sweets and biscuits, not suitable for the preparation of polenta.
