The active ingredients of Nutriregular sleep

Melatonin
The three main activities of melatonin are the regulation of the sleep-wake rhythm (also useful in counteracting jet lag), the improvement of sleep quality without altering its architecture and the regulation of body temperature.

Griffonia
It is appreciated for its anxiolytic, mood and sleep regulating properties thanks to the high concentration of tryptophan, an amino acid precursor of serotonin.

Escolzia
It is known for its sedative and hypno-inducing properties. These characteristics are attributable to the presence of alkaloids and in particular of protopin. It acts on the cells of the cerebral cortex by promoting muscle relaxation and stimulating sleep. Promotes falling asleep and reduces nocturnal awakenings.
