Recommended intake:
1 sachet per day, to mix with water, yogurt, pudding, milk (rice or soy), fruit juices, other drinks (150 ml) or blend with water and a fruit.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. This product should not be used if other foods supplemented with 2'-fucosyllactose have been consumed on the same day. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking warfarin.
