Protein bar with spirulina, glucomannan and prebiotic fibers.
It has been formulated by combining a pleasant taste and a crunchy texture with some important functional active ingredients with various properties that are very useful to the body.

The assets mentioned above are:

• Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) 3.5%
• Glucomannan 3.5%
• Prebiotic fibers (inulin and fos) 3.5%

Other nutritionally important components are:

• Soya protein extrusions.
• Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax).
• Almonds.
• Oatmeal.
• Honey.
• Dark chocolate.

This product provides a good amount of protein (about 20%) also providing several important amino acids as well as all the essential and branched, thanks to the presence of soy, cereals, seeds and organic spirulina, pure and without additives.
Its crunchy and not excessively compact and heavy texture makes it pleasant to the palate and chewing, as well as easy to digest and assimilate nutrients.
The dark couverture chocolate is of excellent quality and does not contain vegetable fats other than natural cocoa butter.
Spirulina has great nutritional properties such as to have made it nicknamed "superfood": these are mainly due to its complete amino acid profile, its content of essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and the presence of phycocyanins.
The nutritional profile of the bar is greatly enriched by the presence of seeds (flax, pumpkin and sunflower), cereals, almonds and dark chocolate, capable of providing fundamental nutrients such as Omega 3, Omega 6, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polyphenols, antioxidants.
The bar thus formulated is a product with energizing, functional, antioxidant and protein properties, capable of reaching a rather wide and diversified target of users.
