Nutrisnello Plus is born from the union of ingredients characterized by a low degree of refining and remarkable health properties, such as wholemeal flour type 1, whole cane sugar, honey, sunflower oil high in oleic acid and dikarité butter, with the active ingredients that distinguish the Nutripharma brand . Type 1 flour is produced by grinding the whole grain without eliminating any part, thus maintaining a large amount of bran and wheat germ, parts very rich in nutrients.
Whole cane sugar is obtained through natural processes without refining methods; it contains a much lower quantity of sucrose than normal white sugar and has a rich nutritional profile, thanks to the presence of minerals, especially calcium and potassium, vitamins among which A, C and B group cells stand out.
The Italian wildflower honey is present in the percentage of 5.7% and gives the biscuit a fragrance and a particularly pleasant taste, as well as enriching it with precious functional substances with multiple beneficial actions.
The fat is represented by a mixture of sunflower oil with a high content of oleic acid and shea butter: the fatty acids contained in these two ingredients have a very low atherogenic impact and great utility, both at a structural level on cell membranes and on the improvement of metabolism. Moreover, thanks to their chemical structure, these fats do not undergo important changes during the cooking process of the product, keeping their properties unaltered.
