Nutrison 1200 Complete Multi Fiber NUTRICIA

Ready-to-use, slightly high-calorie polymer blend based on milk proteins and vegetable proteins, with MCT, long-chain fatty acids EPA / DHA and fiber.

Indications

Enteral nutrition of patients who require adequate coverage of protein, fiber and micronutrient needs such as elderly and / or neurological patients in long-term enteral nutrition. In 1 liter of formula, Nutrison 1200 Complete Multi fiber provides a reduced intake of energy (1,200 kcal), while ensuring an adequate intake of proteins (55 g) and the satisfaction of daily needs of vitamins and minerals.

Contraindications and precautions

Do not administer to children under 1 year of age, to patients with galactosemia and to patients requiring a fiber-free diet.
Administer with caution to children aged 1 to 6 years.

Dosage

Adults: 1,000 ml per day or other dosages according to medical prescription

* The mixture is high-protein if we consider the distribution of macronutrients per 100 ml. However, considering the fact that the blend is nutritionally complete in 1 liter and no additional amounts are required, it provides 55g protein / day which corresponds to a requirement of 1.0g protein / kg / day for a 55kg patient.
