Description
Food for special medical purposes based on sodium butyrate and Kluyveromyces marxianusfragilis B0399, indicated for the dietary treatment of subjects with chronic intestinal inflammatory processes and altered trophism of the intestinal mucosa (colon).

Ingredients
Sodium butyrate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; coating agents: shellac, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, talc, glycerol; Turval Kluyver K-B0399 {lactic yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus fragilis B0399 [BCCM/MUCL55798 (41579)]}; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; colour: calcium carbonate.

How to use
The daily dose must be established and controlled by the doctor according to the characteristics of the subject. As a guide, it is recommended to take one to two tablets a day in two separate administrations, morning and evening, on an empty stomach. The tablets should be swallowed whole, one at a time, accompanied by a sufficient amount of water. Do not break the tablets to avoid compromising the integrity of the gastro-resistant coating.

Warnings
The product must be used under the indication and supervision of the doctor. It is not suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat, humidity and direct sunlight.
The minimum storage term refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
