Many of us go through periods of fatigue and pressure and that's when negativity, irritability and withdrawn take over.
In these moments of Remedies they become a precious help to restore balance and better manage daily emotions (fears, insecurities, loneliness, etc.).

How to use:

You can use Bach flowers until the negative feelings disappear.
It is sufficient to dilute 2 drops of the Bach flower chosen in a glass of water, sipping at regular intervals.

Up to 7 Bach flower essences can be combined together.

Composition:

Quercus robur D5, alcohol 27%.
