Who is it for?
To all those who, in a few minutes, want to prepare a breakfast based on oat pancakes, a source of proteins, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and rich in fiber. How do i use it?
1. mix about 50 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water or milk or 200g of egg whites and sweeten to taste.
2. Leave the mixture to rest for about 2 minutes.
3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, the pancakes don't gain texture and brown slightly.
