Cristlamantra Tibetan Waters Essences

Negative thoughts. Environment purification.

Physical: pain and swelling in the feet and hands. Corns and calluses. Put a few drops of essences on the painful area and massage, even several times a day, as well as taking it sublingually.

Emotional: helps to discharge the negativities accumulated by bad thoughts and negative mental ideas

Environment: purification from negative emotions Prepare the solution with 10 drops of obsidian (to which 10 drops of Aventurine and 3 of Diamond can be added) in half a liter of water in a sprayer and sprinkle abundantly for a few days, one or more times per day.

Doses
For problems especially on a physical level, take the pure concentrated essence: 4 sublingual drops up to 4 times a day. Check the chosen product and the body's physical response every 15/20 days.

For issues to be addressed on an emotional and spiritual level, dilute it as follows: choose from 1 to 3 essences, fill a 30 ml bottle with dropper with 2/3 of water and 1/3 of brandy.
Add the following number of drops for each essence:

- for recent problems, up to one year of age, 1 drop
- older problems, 2 drops
- for problems from childhood, 3 drops
-for karmic problems of the soul, 4/5 or more

Cleaning of the rooms: To purify and regenerate the energy of the rooms, take a bottle with a sprayer, fill it with water and ten drops of pure essence, and spray once a day.

For external use in the body: to use the essence on the body or on the aura, place a few drops in one hand and then pass it on the part to be balanced, one or more times a day, in direct contact with the skin or a few centimeters from the body to rebalance the energy field.
