Description
Food supplement in tablet form, with ingredients useful when their dietary intake is absent or lacking. Specifically: Urtica Dioica maintains the well-being of hair and nails; Niacin, Vitamin B2 and Biotin maintain normal skin; Zinc maintains normal hair, skin and nails and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; Copper maintains the normal pigmentation of hair and nails and promotes the formation of connective tissue.

Take one or two tablets a day.
