Octilia Wipes is indicated for the cleansing of the eyelids and eyelashes in both adults and children, even in the presence of secretions resulting from allergic, inflammatory and / or infectious phenomena, such as blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis of various kinds. Its use is also particularly valid in the pre and / or post-operative phase of ophthalmic surgery. Octilia Wipes is also recommended for daily cleansing of the periocular area in subjects predisposed to the onset of blepharitis and blepharoconjutivitis of various kinds. Due to its peculiar composition, Octilia Salviette also allows use by contact lens wearers.

PROPERTY

All the components of Octilia Wipes are useful for obtaining an optimal cleansing and emollient activity in full compliance with the particular physiology of the periocular area, which is particularly delicate and sensitive. The product has an optimal chemical-physical compatibility with the tear film; due to its balanced pH it leaves no residue and is able to perform a thorough cleansing by removing secretions, any foreign bodies, dust, etc.

COMPOSITION

100% cotton gauze, soaked in 2.8ml of the following solution: Aqua, Phenethyl alcohol, Sodium chloride, Ammonium glycyrrhizate, Sodium cocoyl wheat amino acids, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, Tamarindusindica fruit extract, PEG-40 castor oil, Polysorbate 20, Sodium bicarbonate, Maltodextrin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Aroma, Sodium hyaluronate.

METHOD OF USE

After carefully cleaning your hands, open the bag and remove the gauze. Apply the gauze in the eyelid area, passing it gently in order to allow adequate cleansing, removal of ocular secretions and any other deposits (smog, dust, dust, etc.). In case of particularly persistent secretions or occlusion of the lacrimal canaliculus, it is advisable to heat the closed bag for a few minutes in lukewarm water (about 40 ° C) and then use the gauze as a warm compress, massaging the area gently. On the other hand, in the case of inflammation it is advisable to cool the closed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours and then apply the open gauze on the eye, keeping it in place for a few minutes as a cold pack.

WARNINGS

The sterility of the product is maintained only if the pouch is intact. The gauze is disposable, reuse could be a vehicle for infections. Do not use the same gauze for both eyes.
