How to use
Self-massage is a perfect invigorating remedy for stimulating the circulation of every part of the body and must be done with rapid movements, always adhering to the skin.
Keep the legs raised and, wrapping the ankles with the hands placed in a funnel, massage them going up towards the thighs, exerting slight pressure. Then move to the hips and buttocks in a deep circular motion from bottom to top until completely absorbed. Dedicate at least 15 minutes a day to the massage and repeat daily. Non-greasy and non-staining.
