Functionality

How to use

5 micro-tablets of Magnesium of vegetable origin morning and evening, to be let melt under the tongue,. Make three 10-day treatments interrupted by a 1 week break. The rule that requires 2 doses of Calcium for 1 dose of Magnesium is valid only for digestive assimilation and not for sublingual assimilation as the problem of overcoming the intestinal barrier no longer arises.
