Description
Food supplement based on fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage seed oil, natural sources of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA), omega-6 and omega-9. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function *. Linseed and borage oils support the integrity and functionality of cell membranes; borage oil also intervenes in counteracting menstrual cycle disorders and supporting trophism and functionality of the skin and joints.
* The beneficial effect is observed with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA (2 softgels per day).

Ingredients
Fish oil [from anchovies (Engraulis ringens), herring (Clupea harengus), mackerel (Scomber japonicus), sardines (Sardinops sagax)], linseed oil (Linumusitatissimum L.), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis L .), gelatin; humectant: vegetable glycerol; antioxidant: rich incopherol extract.

How to use
