This ophthalmic ointment is useful in counteracting the irritative and pro-inflammatory phenomena associated with blepharitis and dry eyes.
Adjuvant to be used alongside topical and systemic drug therapy in case of eyelid irritation or blepharitis, both in mild forms and in acute and conical forms in order to avoid relapses.

How to apply Omegalid Ophthalmic Ointment

The dosage envisaged for this ointment is as follows: it is recommended to apply the ointment 2-3 times a day on the eyelid in a thin layer and with a light massage for rapid and complete absorption.

How Omegalid Ophthalmic Ointment works

This ointment is delicate and easily absorbed. • Omega 6 and Omega 3 : black currant oil is the only one in nature rich in essential omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids and their polyunsaturated derivatives Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and Stearidonic acid, precursors of the anti-inflammatory prostaglandins PGE1 and PGE3.
