Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA
They are the fundamental constituents of cell membranes and precursors of a class of cellular messengers called eicosanoids that play a crucial role in the regulation of numerous physiological functions.
Bacopa monnieri
It is a plant used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine as a tonic for mental well-being, memory and cognitive functions and also has a strong antioxidant activity to counteract cellular aging processes.
Borage oil
It is extracted from the seeds of Borago officinalis and is useful for the integrity and functionality of cell membranes. Borage oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which in our organism is converted into dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA), precursor of the eicosanoids of series 1 with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action.
Vitamin C or ascorbic acid
It is a powerful natural antioxidant that helps protect cells from free radicals and maintain the regular function of the nervous system.
Zinc
It is an essential trace element for all forms of life. In the human body, zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the efficiency of cognitive function.
Vitamins of group B
They are a group of vitamins essential for nourishing the brain, for optimal performance and for supporting the cellular and functional integrity of nerve cells. Latiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), vitamin B6, biotin (B8) and vitamin B12 help the normal functioning of the nervous system. Acidopantothenic (B5) contributes to the efficiency of mental performance and to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folate (B9) supports psychological function.
