Based on omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA of algal origin extracted from microalgae Schizochytrium sp. and enriched with vitamin E.
The omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are structural components of the cell membranes of our body. Furthermore, DHA is present in high concentrations in the retina and nervous structures. At a functional level, DHA plays a fundamental role in mediating biochemical processes that allow the transmission of signals between neuronal cells.
