How to use
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) 3 times a day in 200 ml of water, fruit juice or other beverage of your choice. Drink immediately. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.

Warnings
Natural fibers and nutrients for specific intestinal bacteria such as Akkermansiamuciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii . The product does not contain gluten or yeast. Possible choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake. In order for glucomannan to reach the stomach, it must always be taken with plenty of water.
