The components of FLEBOVASE PLUS are useful for supporting the correct functionality of the microcirculation.

INGREDIENTS: Troxerutin, Diosmin, Edible gelatin (capsule shell), Bromelain (from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) Stem 2500 GDU / g, Sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis Pallas) herb with flowers eg tit. 1% coumarin, Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: Micronized silica, Magnesium stearate.

DAILY DOSE FOR 1 CAPSULE: Troxerutin 150 mg Diosmin 150 mg Bromelain 2500 GDU / g 100 mg of which GDU 250, Sweet clover herb with flowers eg tit. 1% 40 mg of which coumarin 0.4 mg

ACTIONS: Troxerutin (trihydroxyethylrytosoide), also known as Vitamin B4, is a bioflavonoid that acts by increasing the resistance of the vessels (capillaroprotective action) and decreasing their permeability, thus preventing the excess passage of the liquid component of the blood to the tissues (action anti-waterproofing and anti-edema). The mechanism of action of bioflavonoids is based on multifactorial hypotheses:  Vasoconstrictor action  Enhancement of the action of adrenaline  Enhancement of the action of adrenaline and Vitamin C due to indirect antioxidant effect  Histamine antagonizing action  Inhibition of hyaluronidase The hypothesis currently more accredited is that troxerutin favors the permanence and concentration of adrenaline in the circulation. Adrenaline therefore exerts a peripheral vasoconstrictive action. Diosmin is a flavonoid, a natural substance with ubiquitous distribution in the plant world useful for improving the trophism of the microcirculation. Bromelain derived from pineapple stem is an enzyme with anti-edema and proteolytic anti-inflammatory properties. Sweet clover has anti-inflammatory and anti-edema pharmacological activity, diuretic and phlebotonic
