Omega 3s are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that belong to the lipid family. They are defined as Essential Fatty Acids as the body is not able to reproduce them and they must necessarily be introduced with the diet.

ProAction Omega 3 is in the form of TRIGLYCERIDE, for 1 softgel (1000 mg) it provides 558 mg of EPA (56%) and 229 mg of DHA (23%).

How to use

The recommended dosage of Omega 3 varies according to the function they are going to support

• Triglyceride control is 3 softgels per day
• Blood pressure is 4 softgels per day.
