Description
Food supplement based on vitamin H (biotin), zinc and copper which contribute to the normal maintenance of hair.
Furthermore, zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of nails. The amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine are important for the formation of keratin, the main constituent of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cystine, grape seeds (Vitis vinifera L., seeds) tit. 95% proanthocyanidins, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, riboflavin, talc, calcium carbonate, red iron oxide, ammonia sulphite caramel; calciumD-pantothenate (vitamin B5), copper gluconate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day swallowed with water.
