Spray
Description
Sterile, isotonic and preservative-free solution, indicated for the treatment of the ocular area of dogs and cats.
Contains hyaluronic acid which, thanks to its high ability to bind water molecules, promotes eye hydration, stabilizing the tear film and lubricating the eye.
Chamomile and cornflower complete the formulation helping to relieve redness and eye discomfort.
It is used with the eye open and can be used to treat minor eye disorders. Applied to the eye, the solution is able to reduce, for example, redness and irritation due to ocular allergies.
How to use
On first use, before administering Ophpet Hydra Refresh Spray, it is necessary to dispense 4 sprays into the air to trigger the dispenser or until the nebulized spray becomes visible.
- Open the animal's eyelids or ensure that the animal has its eye open at the time of dispensing.
- Spray the solution into the animal's eyes keeping the dispenser no less than ten centimeters from the eye so that the delivery is well-diffused, effective and pleasant for the animal.
- Make sure the spray nozzle does not touch the eye to avoid contamination.
- In the presence of redness and eye irritation, dispense a sufficient amount of solution to refresh the eye. The product promotes eye hydration by relieving burning and itching sensations.
Components
Chamomile distilled water, dibasic sodium phosphate heptahydrate, cornflower distilled water, sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, water for injections, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate.
Warnings
Although it is a moisturizing and soothing solution, it has no healing properties. It should not be used to disinfect the eye or to treat conditions or conditions such as conjunctivitis, cataracts and serious eye infections. In such cases, it is necessary to consult a veterinarian.
