Benefits |
| The ideal dressing for fast, safe and painless wound healing OpSite marked a decisive change in wound therapy. By keeping inflammatory exudate, which contains cell growth factors and lymphocytes on the wound to cope with bacterial contamination, OpSite provides the ideal environment for faster and safer healing. The enormous permeability to water vapor allows excess exudate to evaporate, thus avoiding macerating the epidermis.
High quality film with acrylic adhesive backing OpSite Film is particularly stretchable and conformable. Thanks to its high water vapor permeability value, it can be left on the wound for up to 14 days. This allows to minimize the frequency of dressings and the time taken by the operator.
Waterproof and antibacterial barrier OpSite Flexigrid is impermeable to water and body fluids, protects the underlying skin and allows the patient to wash without having to subsequently change the dressing. The film creates a real antibacterial barrier, reducing the risk of secondary infections.
Simple and effective application technique OpSite Flexigrid is easy and effective to apply. Its support allows you to apply the dressing with one hand, conforming it perfectly to the profile of the body. Its transparency allows for better positioning of the dressing on the wound site itself.
Adaptable to difficult areas OpSite Flexigrid has been designed to treat particularly difficult areas such as heels, elbows or knees and can be easily cut into strips.
One of a kind monitoring grid OpSite Flexigrid * incorporates a unique monitoring system, because it allows a simple and accurate assessment of the healing process in progress. After tracing the wound margins, the monitoring grid can be removed and returned to the patient's medical record. |
