Spray dressing in polyurethane for non-secreting wounds

OpSite Spray forms a film that is easy and comfortable to apply. The film improves the protection of non-secreting wounds from bacterial and liquid contamination. OpSite * Spray is permeable to water vapor and air allowing the skin to transpire so as to prevent maceration.

Indications

OpSite Spray can be used on a variety of minor non-secreting wounds such as:
1. small cuts and abrasions
2. non-secreting sutures
3. insertion points of drainage tubes and Steinman wires of external orthopedic fixators
4. after removing the stitches
5. over the vaccination sites

Contraindications / Precautions for use

Redness and swelling of the skin have been reported very rarely when OpSiteSpray was used in combination with iodine solutions and under occlusive dressings.
Do not use with plastic intravenous systems.
