This is because its formula is rich in high biological value proteins that favor the maintenance of muscles during weight loss and is a source of vitamins and minerals.
Based on your clinical condition, you can take Optifast Soups up to 4 meals a day according to the different programs: Intensive, Plus and Standard.

Ingrediants
Soy chips ( soy protein isolate , tapioca starch, salt), humectants (sorbitol, glycerol), soy protein isolate, toasted soybeans , fiber (polydextrose), oat flakes 7%, maltodextrin, minerals (citrate of potassium, calcium carbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, calcium phosphate, copper sulphate, iron pyrophosphate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate) , glucose-fructose syrup, cranberry preparation 4% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), rapeseed oil, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, biotin, B12, folic acid, D, B6, riboflavin, K, thiamine), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), flavors, emulsifier ( soy lecithin). It may contain peanuts , nuts, milk . Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
