This is because its formula is rich in high biological value proteins that favor the maintenance of muscles during weight loss and is a source of vitamins and minerals.
Based on your clinical condition, you can take Optifast Soups up to 4 meals a day according to the different programs: Intensive, Plus and Standard.

Soy chips ( soy protein isolate , tapioca starch, salt), 17% milk chocolate coating [sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier ( soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavor] , humectants (sorbitol, glycerol), fiber (polydextrose, inulin), soy protein isolate, toasted soybeans, minerals (potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, magnesium phosphate , calcium phosphate, copper sulphate, iron pyrophosphate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate), red fruit preparation 1.4% [raspberry puree, concentrated raspberry juice, puree apple, cherry juice from concentrate, sugar, fructose syrup, lactose , palm fat, natural flavoring), stabilizer (pectin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, glucose-fructose syrup, vitamins ( A, D, E, thiamine, riboflavin, B6, niac ina, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid, biotin, K, C), acidity regulator (E330), flavors, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), emulsifier ( soy lecithin). It may contain peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds , oat fiber. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
