How to use
In constipation:
It is recommended to take 7.5 g of powder to be dissolved in half a glass of non-cold and non-carbonated water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
As an adjuvant to low-calorie diets:
It is recommended to take 7.5 g of powder to be dissolved in half a glass of non-cold and non-carbonated water, 15-20 minutes before main meals.

Warnings
There is a possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty in swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake.
In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must always be taken with plenty of water.
The presence of fiber can make it difficult to absorb other drugs, therefore the product should be taken away from other therapies.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. For the use of the product and for the duration of its intake it is advisable to consult a doctor. However, the product should not be used in case of liver dysfunctions or diseases. Do not take during pregnancy.
