Description
In vitro diagnostic test for home use to detect HIV (HIV-1 and HIV-2) in oral fluid. This test works by looking for the body's response (antibodies) in fighting the HIV virus.

How to use
1. Tear off and open the pouch containing the tube.
2. Remove the cap.
3. Slide the tube into the holder.
4. Tear open the pouch containing the test device and remove it. Do not touch the flat pad with your fingers. Do not eat or swallow the preservative.
5. Press the flat swab firmly against the gum and swipe it along the upper gum once and along the lower gum once.
6. Insert the flat swab all the way into the tube until it touches the bottom.
7. Read the results after 20 minutes. Do not read after 40 minutes.
Interpretation of results:
HIV positive result: Two solid lines, even if the line is faint, means that you may be HIV positive and that you should try to get another test with a trained professional to confirm an HIV diagnosis.
HIV negative result: one line next to the "C" and no line next to the "T": the result is HIV negative.
Invalid result: if there are no lines next to the "C" (even when there is a line next to the "T"), if the test or check line is not complete (across the whole window), or a red background makes it impossible to read the test, the test is not working and must be repeated. You will need to get another test.
