Experts from the Guerlain Institute have developed an exclusive technique that combines, for the first time, professional massages with breathing exercises to optimize the benefits of the Cream. This unique sensory experience also allows you to spend unforgettable moments to reconnect with yourself and rediscover your own harmony and inner balance.
1- Before application: Breathe and prepare the skin
On a clean and dry face, previously washed with Orchidée Impériale Cleansing Foam, apply slow and deep pressure points with the fingertips on the chin, towards the corner of the mouth, under the nose, between the two eyebrows, under the eyebrow arch and level of the temples. Inhale when the pressure is applied, exhale when the pressure is released.
2- Application of the Cream: smooth
After applying the lotion and serum, pick up the cream with the spatula and apply it with your fingertips, smoothing the skin from the inside of the face outwards, on the chin, cheeks, forehead and nose.
3- After application:
ENERGIZE
Clench your fists and place them on your cheeks. Pressing vigorously, make an upward rotation motion while exhaling vigorously. Repeat on the face contour, forehead, neck and finally, at the moment of exhalation, on the décolleté.
RELAX
Place the left hand on the forehead and the right hand on the right cheek. Simultaneously, gently slide both hands over the contours of the face to the left. Accompany the gesture of the hands by tilting the head to the left and breathe deeply. Do the same on the other side. Repeat the movement three times.
