Recommendations for use

In general, 1 drop is enough to flavor 100 g / 100 ml of food / drink (such as sauces, meat, fish, desserts, liqueurs, oils and vinegars). It can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking) or in a sugar cube, a spoonful of honey, a jar of yogurt, a cup of hot milk or herbal tea. Limit use to the amount strictly necessary to impart a pleasant aroma. It is also possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in the aroma diffusers. Close carefully after use.

Essential oils of: oregano (Origanum vulgare) leaves, thyme (Thymus vulgaris) leaves, savory (Satureja hortensis) leaves, essential oil of dill (Anethum graveolens) seeds.

To be used only properly diluted following the instructions provided. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place away from flames and heat sources.

Notes on preparation
