Alce Nero 100% Arabica Coffee in Organic Grains

The Alce Nero Fairtrade mocha blend is made using only Arabica coffee grown between 1250 and 1800 meters high, in the shade of other fruit or wood plants, by the farmers of our members of Prodecoop in Nicaragua and Coop Norandino in Peru.

Our farmers are part of Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, an international organization that promotes the principles of quality, healthiness and sustainability, and which today involves more than 14,000 families of producers in Latin America. Alce Nero is one of the members of Coop. Sin Fronteras, together with Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, Prodecoop in Nicaragua who produce our organic and Fairtrade certified coffee.

The freshly roasted coffee is packaged in a protective atmosphere. The package is equipped with an aroma-saving valve that preserves the identity and strength of the original taste. A balanced, light and aromatic blend. Sweet that can recall brown sugar, canned peach or candied fruit. Arabica from Nicaragua balances the palate with the sweetness and basicity of dried fruit, while Arabica from Peru ends with a roundness to the blend, good body (but not excessive) and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
