Alce Nero Organic Soluble Barley Mix is an ideal preparation for obtaining a tasty, naturally caffeine-free drink, composed of a mixture of cereals, chicory and figs that make it a natural alternative to coffee and all exciting drinks, also ideal for children. The bitter tip given by chicory and rye delicately contrasts the soft taste of barley and sweet figs.

Alce Nero organic barley mix is produced with organic and 100% Italian barley. Directions for use: put two teaspoons of Barley Mix in a cup, sweeten as desired with honey or sugar and dissolve in a little hot or cold milk (or water or vegetable drinks) in the most desired quantity.
