The chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) is an ancient legume, mainly used in the dry state. The seeds are spherical, more or less large and smooth, usually of straw color.

Organic chickpea flour.

How to use
Farinata for 4 people: prepare a batter with the chickpea flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little water, until the mixture is not too thick; also add a pinch of salt. Pour the batter into the pan and cook it for 2 or 3 minutes per side, until the farinata has taken on a golden aspect.Variants: with onion, with courgette flowers or with aromatic herbs, the colrosemary one is typical.
