COCONUT SUGAR

Organic coconut sugar, with a low glycemic index, produced from the flowers of the Indonesian coconut. The nectar is collected by hand by local peasants who climb tall trees to collect the rich sap and then return to their villages where the steamed women produce sugar crystals. Rich in emineral vitamins, including potassium, zinc and iron as well as vitamin B.

How to use
The use is the same as cane sugar, it dissolves easily in liquids so it can be used as a sweetener from dessert to tea.
