Organic Hulled Spelled Fior Di Loto
Spelled was the first wheat cultivated at the beginning of civilization by nomadic shepherds between Mesopotamia and Egypt, some grains were found in the tombs of the pharaohs. It is a herbaceous plant of the Graminaceae family, which is mainly divided into three varieties: the older Triticum monococcum, the more common Triticum dicoccum and finally the Triticum spelta. Already known to the Greeks, as evidenced by the writings of Homer, and to the Romans, for which it became the basis of nutrition and propitiatory gift in cult ceremonies, and to the Etruscans. Spelled is a very suitable cereal for its versatility and nutritional characteristics. Ideal in soups and soups or in salads.

How to use
The dose for one person is about 80g. Directions for use: rinse and leave to soak for about 6 hours. Then put it in a pot with double the volume of water and cook for about 50 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, close the package tightly.
