Alce Nero Organic Dried Chickpeas
Alce Nero organic dried chickpeas come only from Italian crops. For use, it is recommended to soak the dried chickpeas for 12 hours in cold water, changing the water at least once. To favor the softening of the peel, add the salt after cooking; while to avoid intestinal swelling, use bay leaf or fennel during preparation.
