Organic Lotus Flower Linseed Oil
Rich in Omega 3. Oil obtained by mechanical pressing of flax seeds, which allows to keep its properties intact. Recent updates of the legislation on oils provide that the term "cold pressing" refers to processing at a temperature not exceeding 27 °, and concerns only extra virgin olive oil. At such a low temperature it is not possible to extract linseed oil. The definition of mechanical pressing therefore indicates a processing at a temperature that allows the production of oil while maintaining the nutritional properties of the seeds intact.
