Granoro Organic Pasta is produced with durum wheat semolina grown in Italy, of the Grecale - Iride - Simeto - Sargolla varieties, according to the methods of Italian Organic Agriculture, which does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides, respecting nature and our health. The technology with which Granoro produces Organic Pasta has the sole purpose of ensuring constant quality and high production standards. The organic durum wheat semolina with which Granoro Bio Pasta is produced have a bright golden color, the tenacious and elastic gluten which makes it firm and elastic (ie “al dente”) during chewing
