Elce Nero Organic Nettle Spirelli
Alce Nero durum wheat spirelli with organic nettle are produced with organic durum wheat grown in Italy. The excellent semolina obtained from this variety of durum wheat, after sieving, is mixed with spring water that flows at 2,000 meters in the Dolomites. Alce Nero wholemeal nettle spirelli are a source of fiber and ideal in combination with tasty condiments, as well as being excellent for making vegetarian and vegan dishes.
