Organic Rice Flour

Obtained by grinding whole grains of organic rice, this special flour is suitable for those people who have to follow diets in which gluten is excluded.
Due to its quality it is suitable for many uses in the kitchen, such as cream and bechamel. It can be used as a thickener in sauces and gravies. It is also possible to use it for the preparation of bread, cakes and focaccia, but always in combination with flours containing gluten (wheat and spelled).
Dietary product, gluten-free, with high digestibility, contains little fat, little sodium and a lot of potassium as well as selenium and silicon, from Italian rice.
