Organic Probios Gluten Free Sorghum

Probios gluten-free cereals are a precious base for the preparation of many recipes: sautéed with vegetables, for flans or soups and many other preparations that your imagination suggests! Sorghum (Sorghum vulgare L.) is a cereal belonging to the grass family. Probably originating in Ethiopia, it is widespread in Africa, Central America and South Asia, it is the fifth most important cereal after corn, rice, wheat and barley. Sorghum was one of the first plants to be cultivated, it was already known in Greco-Roman times. Sorghum, rich in fiber, lends itself to the preparation of timbales and soups, or boiled and seasoned with vegetables and legumes.
