ORGANIC SOY STEW

The soy stew is now offered in the new 200 gram format! Restructured soy is a high protein food ideal as an alternative to meat. How do you get it? From seed to stew, a simple and natural magic. The organic soybeans are cleaned, shelled and pressed at low temperature to obtain the flour which, mixed with water, is extruded and left to dry in order to give life to our 100% vegetable mincer. The suggested dose is 30g of dry product per person, which once rehydrated increases its volume by 3 times. Therefore, thanks to the weight studied for the 200g stew, 6-7 portions can be considered.

How to use
Soak the dry product in abundant boiling salted water or vegetable broth for 10 minutes. Drain, allow to cool and compress to remove excess water. Now the product is ready for your recipe!

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
