Organic Whole Wheat Spelled Flakes Fior Di Loto

Spelled was the first wheat cultivated at the beginning of civilization by nomadic shepherds between Mesopotamia and Egypt, in fact it was found in the tombs of the pharaohs. It is a herbaceous plant of the Graminaceae family, which is mainly divided into three varieties: the older Triticum monococcum, the more common Triticum dicoccum and finally the Triticum spelta. Already known to the Greeks, as evidenced by the writings of Homer, and to the Romans, for which it became the basis of nutrition and propitiatory gift in worship ceremonies.
