Preparation
- Whip all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with a whisk for 5 minutes.
- Fill the mold 3/4 of their capacity.
- Bake in a ventilated oven at 175 ° C or in an aplatea oven for 200 ° C, for about 25 minutes (product weight 60 g).
